Registration fees

Conference registration and full board accommodation at the Chancellor's Court at is £450, while the fee without accommodation is £275. Both options include participation in the social program and conference dinner.

Accommodation

We have secured a number of very comfortable ensuite twin rooms (for single occupancy) at Chancellor's Court, right next to the conference venue. For more details see photo shown below and visit link above. We advise early booking to secure these rooms.

This price includes all events in the conference, with ensuite room and breakfast from Sunday 10th, departing Wednesday 13th June, and all meals from Monday 11th through to the conference close around 2pm on Wednesday 13th June. This includes coffee breaks, lunches, dinner, exhibits, and the Tuesday evening dinner, whisky tasting and entertainment.

Social program

There will be a dinner with whisky tasting on the Tuesday evening at Teviot Row House, the oldest purpose-built Student Union in the world. Built in the gothic style, it opened its doors in 1889. The banquet will take place in the Debating Hall, a breath-taking space with original wooden panelling, and access to the Loft Bar & Roof Terrace. Transport to and from the dinner will be provided.
