In this first experiment the diluent and concentrate flows are the same. Hence the initial conditions will be:


Pre-Experimental Questions

This experiment has been split into three sections:

The first two parts are a quantitative analysis of the system to obtain the gain matrix and Relative Gain Array. The third part is simply a qualitative analysis of the system to verify the findings of the first two parts.

Please work through each of these in turn answering the questions as you go along.

Note: You can reset the controller parameters to their default settings at any time by clicking on the reload/refresh button in the browser toolbar. Unless specified in the experiment instructions, the defaults should be used.
