WWW Coil Designer

I had to remove the original plain coil design program because the way it was run provided a potential back door for hackers. The new version below does not offer that opportunity, but is in its initial version is somewhat less sophisticated. I shall get round to finishing it someday! (The original Fortran program is still here if anyone else would like to try rewriting it in Java or JavaScript!)
